The majority of our products are dispatched from The Spotty Hound HQ whilst some products are dispatched directly from our suppliers. Please allow up to 1-2 days for your order to be processed and 1 - 5 working days to receive your order from receipt of your order confirmation dependent on the service you select at checkout.
