The Spotty Hound typically processes orders within 1 - 2 working days of receiving an order. Shipping times can however vary from 1 - 5 working days dependent on the service that's selected at checkout.
We highly recommend our Tracked 24 delivery service so you're able to track your special parcel to your door. We also offer standard delivery 1st and 2nd class options via royal mail however this is to be used at your own risk and we accept no responsibility in the event that it doesn't reach its destination.
Shipping times can be affected beyond our control, such as the impact of Coronavirus to carrier services. The Spotty Hound is committed to providing an excellent customer experience and fulfilling your order within a reasonable time.

Refunds
Our return policy is 14 days from the date you received your item/items. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, then unfortunately you’re not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund your item/items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it.
We recommend your carefully try on items indoors in case you need to return them.
Refunds of Personalised Items
Refunds of personalised items are only accepted if the item is faulty. Note that you have 14 days to request a refund and a further 14 days to return the product. We shall process your refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned product or products.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. We’re happy to help with any sizing queries you may have, but it’s recommended that you measure your pet accurately before purchasing to avoid any disappointment, you can find our sizing guide throughout our website.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, we can do so providing your order hasn't already been processed and dispatched. In the event your item or items are in transit, upon your receipt of your order you have 14 days to notify us of the cancellation and a further 14 days to return the product.
Returns
Returned items are to be in unused, unwashed condition with all tag still attached & pet hair free. We shall process your refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned product or products
If the item or items are faulty, you can either request a full refund or an exchange. You have 14 days to notify us of the return and a further 14 days to return the product. We can either replace the item or offer a full refund upon request.
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are solely responsible for the cost of return postage unless the reason for return is due to faulty/damaged product). Original shipping costs cannot be refunded) If the item or items are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
